We are an all women’s gym dedicated to helping you reach all of your fitness goals. We specialize in a wide variety of areas such as weight loss and muscle gain.
WOMEN’S ONLY GYM -Complete Fitness for Women is an exclusive women’s only gym, providing you with a relaxing non-intimidating atmosphere. Many women enjoy working out, but feel either intimidated or uncomfortable working out around men. At Complete Fitness for Women that is not the case, aside from the owner/trainer being within the facility you will feel right at home being able to concentrate on what’s important..your goals.

AFFORDABLE -People spend money on their cars, houses, pets, etc. In fact the average person spends $600 on their hair each year. So wouldn’t it only make sense to ensure your health was also maintained? There should be nothing but the best for your “only” body. It’s your most asset…It requires investment. We also offer a reimbursement benefits plan whereby your insurance provider and employers subsidize your monthly dues based on how often you workout each month.

COMPLETELY COVERED -At Complete Fitness for Women we provide you with all you need under one roof to reach all of your fitness goals. We provide you with a facility with a relaxing environment, top of the line cardio and selector strength equipment. We also provide group classes to include Zumba, Spin, Pound, Abdominal Sculpt, Booty Sculpt, Cardio Blast, Yoga, Line Dance and one of the most talked about Female Fitness BootCamps in the area.

WE TRAIN YOU -While other gym locations, either due to their overall size or lack of concern, don’t provide workouts for their members, we do. When you become a member our job is to get you familiar with working out with the equipment safely. Our goal is to see you succeed in meeting your fitness goals so we provide you with training six days a week, giving you a baseline to work on while taking out the guess work of what to do. Every week the training provided changes to ensure that you don’t become complacent with the workouts.
